This policy explains what personal data we process when you visit elegancehomes.bg or contact us, and your rights under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

What data we process
- When you contact us - by email, phone or the website form: your name, email, phone number and the content of your message. The form does not send data to our server - it opens your email program with the message filled in.
- Technical data - on every visit the web server logs the IP address, browser type, time and page visited. These logs are kept for a limited period and used only for security and troubleshooting.
- Fonts - some of the site's fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Your browser connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address. More: Google Privacy Policy.
The site does not use cookies, analytics or advertising, and requires no registration.
Purposes and legal basis
- Answering your enquiry and preparing an offer - steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Security and proper operation of the website - our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
How long we keep data
We keep enquiry data for up to 1 year after our last communication, unless we sign a contract - then the contractual and legal retention periods apply. Technical logs are deleted automatically after a short period.
Recipients
We do not sell your data or share it for marketing. Only the providers that help us operate - website hosting and email - may access it, under contract and in line with the GDPR, as well as competent public authorities where the law requires it.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise your rights, email us at contact@elegancehomes.bg. We respond free of charge and without undue delay, at the latest within one month.
